Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns, and we cannot issue refunds due to allergies or dislike of a scent.

Orders are processed in 2-5 business days (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. We have no control over USPS transit times.

Please note that many of our products, especially our lotion bars, exfoliants, deodorants and lip balms are made with oils, butters and waxes that will melt in high temperatures which packages can be subject to during shipping and transit, (think delivery trucks, warehouses, hot sunny porches).

Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner and not be left outside in the sun or hot weather. Melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the products and in the event your items arrive melted, we recommend placing them in a refrigerator until firm and cool. Stirring the lotions will help redistribute the oils in the product.
