Wholesale Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in carrying Gypsē Elixir products. To make sure our relationship with retailers remains mutually beneficial, we ask our partners to agree to our terms and conditions before opening a wholesale account.

Pricing:

Our prices are subject to change without notice due to market cost volatility of product ingredients.

We do not charge processing fees. A copy of your retail, resale certificate is required at the time of applying for your wholesale account.

Once you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions, please submit your application via email or snail mail for a wholesale account.

Shipping/Delivery Information:

Orders are processed, in most cases, in 3-7 business days. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking information or delivery date. Local delivery is available (within 20 miles) at no charge. Shipping costs will be added to your order once it is packaged and weighed.

Payment:

Cash, check, PayPal or Venmo are the payment options available.

Handmade Items:

Due to the use of natural ingredients in our products, there may be a slight color and scent variations from batch to batch and product colors may fade over time. Additionally, naturally made soap bars will dehydrate slightly over time and will reduce the overall weight. This in no way affects the efficacy or quality of the products. We individually shrink wrap our soaps to insure the quality when you receive them.

Drop Shipments, Private Label and Consignment:
We do not offer drop shipments, private label, or consignment options.

Order Fulfillment:

Lead time may vary from 7-14 business days depending on the order size, product availability, and our production schedule. Handmade, small batch luxury items often sell out quickly and we do not keep a large inventory of these items in stock due to the nature of the products. If placing a large order, please understand that there may be a 7-20 business day lead time as product ingredients often become back ordered and delays are most often out of our control.

Please note, due to the time it takes to cure, soaps may require an additional 4–6-week turnaround time if not currently in stock.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders may be revised or canceled within 48-hours from the time they are placed.
• Any order cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• We cannot cancel any order once it has shipped or has been locally delivered.

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept any returns.
If your products arrive damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will refund the cost of the damaged products or make arrangements to have it shipped back to us for exchange.

Selling:

• Our products may be sold in your brick-and-mortar shop, as gift or subscription boxes and on your eCommerce site.
• Our products may not be sold on any third-party sites such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
• We list MSRP in our Wholesale Catalog, but you may set your own prices as the retailer.
• We are happy to provide our retail partners with product photos to be used on websites or social media pages – email us at cowgirlsngypsies@yahoo.com to request photos.
• Please tag or mention us when using our photos and social media.

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from Hadley, NY
• Local pick-up or delivery options (within 30 miles) are also available upon request
• For direct shipped wholesale orders, shipping charges will be calculated once your order is prepared for shipment and a separate invoice for shipping charges will be emailed to you. Your packages will not be shipped until the shipping amount is paid in full via the options above.
• All wholesale orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of at least 4 units per product – scent variations or fragrance - free options can be included in that count.

Testers and Samples:

If you have a brick-and-mortar shop, we recommend ordering one extra unit for customer testing and sampling.

If you would like to try or test a product before adding it to your shop, please contact us at gypseelixir@yahoo.com to order a Wholesale Sample Kit. Wholesale Sample Kits provide you with 1-2 oz. product samples for a flat fee and free shipping.

Payment:

• Payment is made at the time of ordering.
• For order of $2,500 or more, we accept a 50% deposit at the time of ordering with the remaining due before the items ship.
• We do not current accept net payment terms.

Minimums:

Our wholesale minimum order is $200.00 plus shipping for your initial order. $100 minimum orders are accepted thereafter.
